All our items are properly and discreetly packaged, and mailed using either UPS or USPS services, depending on the order size. Rates are based on current UPS Residential rates. Shipping charges are calculated according to the total order charge, unless the item is deemed a "free shipping" item by Jagged Designs.
Orders are Processed usually within 2 Business Days. Estimated shipping time is between 5-7 days. We currently ship to the USA (All 50 states), Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico. We hope to expand our shipping market in the very near future.
If you need you order shipped via another carrier, or you need overnight or express delivery, Please contact us at info@jaggeddesigns.com and notify us of your needs. We will reply with a shipping method and quote for your order for your approval. Orders such as this will NOT be shipped without an approval confirmed by email.

RETURN POLICY FOR JAGGEDDESIGNS.COM:
There are strict laws in place we must follow for returns of merchandise of a personal nature. The manufactures require a RMA#. (return manufacture authorization) for ALL returns.
Merchandise returned without a RMA# will be shipped back to the purchaser, at the purchasers expense.
A return authorization number (RMA#) is required and must be issued from Jaggeddesigns.com to the purchaser.
Before you return any merchandise, contact Info@Jaggeddesigns.com to request a RMA#. An RMA# will be issued with-in 24 hrs of request.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten (10) business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- We will not accept returns on USED items. ITs THE LAW.
- Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customers protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
- We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
- Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at purchasers expense.
We accept returns for damaged or defective items only, with-in 10 days of delivery date. If Items are returned claiming damage but are found to be un-damaged after inspection will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. If item is un-returnable, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. (credit card or form of payment used to complete the order will be charged any additional shipping or restocking fees.)

Return merchandise directly to manufacturer, not to JaggedDesigns.com. Return addresses will be furnished. In some cases depending on your order, there will be different manufacturers and will require different return locations.
Any orders cancelled after merchandise has already been shipped will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, all sales are final, no exceptions.
